"To me yoga means physically feeling better, connecting and creating new friendships. I was initially inspired to try yoga out of concern about loss of physical balance. I researched briefly and though yoga could help me restore my balance. Practicing yoga at GET'N FIT has affected my life because I have discovered weak areas that need improvement and have started working on them. I have a very high respect for Richelle, she studies, is very knowledgeable and talented and she addresses each person's individual needs.

During my first yoga class the movements and poses made me feel like I had a full body massage. It felt good. Before starting yoga I had muscles tension, and difficulty maintaining good posture. Each yoga class I participate in results in appropriate muscle tension to maintain good posture, appropriate balance of muscle tension and relaxation and I have more energy. After yoga I feel like I have better core strength, flexibility, muscle tone and balance.

I keep coming back to the yoga classes at GET'N FIT because I can see improvements I needed to make. Yoga has helped change my life because I have become aware of my breathing, have less pain in my shoulders, neck and low back and have had a decrease in discomfort associated with bunions on my feet and feel like my physical balance is better.
​
Yoga has helped me and I encourage others to try it.
