Mats, blocks, and straps provided or bring your own.
Our classes combine Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga
styles to help you feel better, move better and perform
better. Our sixty minute class will have you seated,
standing, kneeling in different poses to keep your spine
flexible, gain strengthen, achieve better balance, and
have your body, mind and spirit working together.
Each class is made to be accessible to everybody by
getting the poses to fit each body in class where they
are in that moment. Whether you practice in a chair,
with a chair for balance insurance, or you can already bend over and touch the floor we can help you energize your life and relax your body, and release stress.
Classes can be attended on any Tuesday throughout the year. It is greatly appreciated when new students give us a heads up that they will be joining class. This gives the instructor a chance to plan for class and let new students know if there have been any changes made to class date, time or cancellation.
